Trade Site application forms are not released until December each year. If you would like to go on the mailing list so that we can contact you when applications open, please contact the Show Secretary via our “contact us” page AND please state what you would be displaying/ selling. Application forms are only available upon request.

Note: there are limited sites available so applications will be accepted on a first come- first served basis. The committee reserves the right to stall placement and NO correspondence will be entered into.

TRADE SITE INFORMATION & CONDITIONS

All traders must provide:

* A copy of their current public liability insurance certificate

* If selling food – a Food Business Notification Number

Set-Up of Site:

Friday 10 March 2023: 4.00pm – 7.00pm or Saturday 6.00am – 8.00am

Note: 8.00am – 5.00pm there will be no vehicle access due to public safety

Power Cables & Extension Cords:

All appliances are to be tested & tagged before power will be connected to site.

Power cables/ extension cords are not to be placed on the ground as per Workplace requirements

Applications:

Applications will only be processed, when the below documents are received

(a)  Completed application form

(b) Current copy of public liability insurance certificate

(c)  Food Business Notification Number supplied

(d)  Payment by either cheque, money order or EFT receipt

The Tanunda Show committee has the right to accept or refuse any trade site application.
