Judging commences after Andalusian classes

Walk/Trot horses are horses unable to canter. Horses competing in Walk/Trot classes are ineligible to compete in Open classes at the same show. Once you have competed in an Open class you are ineligible for Walk/Trot. Newcomer Presentation, Led and Ridden classes are for horses in their first season of showing. Novice Open Ridden is for horses in their first season of showing, or for Walk/Trot horses transitioning into Open for their first season. Newcomer and Novice Open season extends from the day after the State Championships up to and including the day of the following State Championships.

STANDARDBRED OFF THE TRACK TO HACK SERIES

To be eligible for the Off the Track to Hack Standardbred classes, horses must have raced or competed in an official trial or started in a race locally, nationally, or internationally. All entrants must present with a registered harness racing Australia, New Zealand or US freeze brand (on the neck), and the horse’s registered race name must be on entry forms.
