How to Enter Competitions

Entry is open to all and you do not have to be residents of Tanunda – new exhibitors are always welcome.

The show office is open Monday to Friday the week prior to the Show 9.30am to 7.00pm with people available to help you with your entry and answer any questions you may have. The office is located on the front right corner of the Show  hall  (look for sign).

It is important that you read the Show book carefully before entry as each section has all relevant details of the different classes, closing date of entry, delivery and collection  times of your exhibit. The convenor’s name and phone number is listed for any queries you may have. Judging is done by an exhibitor number so entry remains anonymous – unless you are a winner.

Example: in cookery section to enter a sultana cake

Step 1:

Complete the entry form (located in the centre of the Show Book) Section P, Class no. 3; and description.  Strawberry Jam with entry fee 50c using one line for each entry. Fill in your name and address at the bottom of page

Step 2:

Bring entry form with appropriate fee into Show Office or post to Box 53, Tanunda 5352 .

Step 3:

You will receive a copy of your entry form, (if posted collect from Show Office) bring this with your pound cake to the cookery section in the Show Hall by 9am (stewards are there to assist you)

Step 4:
